Once you place your order, your first delivery is expedited to our next available route — typically within 3 business days, often sooner.
No. We text you the day before AND the morning of delivery as reminders. Set your empty bottles out in a covered spot (porch, side gate, garage) before the driver arrives.
One in, one out. We deliver the same number of bottles you set out as empties. If you're on the 5-bottle plan but only put 4 out, we'll deliver 4. This keeps your bottle count consistent and prevents stockpiling.
If we receive your reminder texts and nothing is set out on delivery day, a $17.50 fee applies. This covers the driver, fuel, and your route slot. We'll always reach out before charging — pause your subscription anytime to avoid this.
Yes — pause or skip anytime from your customer dashboard, with no penalty. Resume whenever you like. Reply STOP to the reminder text and we'll skip that delivery.
Just update your address from your account portal. If you move outside our service area, we'll cancel your plan and refund any unused deliveries.
Billing happens monthly via Stripe. You can update your card or view past invoices anytime from the customer portal.
