How delivery works

Text reminders. We text you the day before and the morning of your scheduled delivery, so you have time to set out your empty bottles for the driver.

One in, one out. We deliver the same number of bottles you put out. Subscribed to 5 but only set out 4 empties? We bring 4. Set out 5? You get 5. This keeps the bottle count consistent and prevents stockpiling.

Bottle deposit — $10 per bottle. A refundable deposit is charged once at signup, one per bottle on your plan, and covers the bottles delivered on your first order. The bottles stay ours and travel back and forth with the driver; when you close your account and the bottles come back, the deposit is refunded in full.

Missed delivery fee — $17.50. If we send your reminder texts and nothing is set out on delivery day, a $17.50 fee applies to cover the driver, fuel, and route slot. We always reach out before charging — pause your subscription anytime to avoid it.
