The agreement between you and Pure Alkaline Inc. when you sign up for delivery. Plain language, no surprises.

These terms apply to anyone who orders, subscribes to, or accepts delivery of products from Pure Alkaline Inc. ("we," "us," "Pure Alkaline"). By placing an order or accepting a delivery, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.
We currently deliver to portions of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in Florida. If your address falls outside our routes, we'll cancel your order and refund any payment made.
Plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis based on your selected delivery cadence (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly). Your card is charged automatically on the same calendar day each billing period. You can update your payment method anytime via the customer portal.
All sales are final at the time of charge. If you cancel mid-period, you keep service through the end of the period you've paid for; we don't issue partial refunds for unused days within a paid period, except under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee described in section 8.
Text reminders. We text you the day before and the morning of your scheduled delivery. You're responsible for placing the empty bottles you want replaced in a visible, accessible location (porch, side gate, garage, etc.) before the driver arrives.
One-in, one-out bottle policy. We deliver the same number of bottles you set out as empties, up to the bottle count of your plan. If you're subscribed to 5 bottles and set out 4 empties, we deliver 4 bottles that day. Setting out fewer bottles than your plan amount does not reduce your monthly bill — it only adjusts that delivery's count.
Missed delivery fee — $17.50. If reminders were sent and no empty bottles or instructions were left for the driver on delivery day, a $17.50 missed-delivery fee will be added to your next invoice. This covers driver wages, fuel, and route slot. The fee will not apply if (a) you replied to the reminder text to skip that delivery, (b) you paused your subscription before the reminder window, or (c) we failed to send the reminder texts due to an issue on our end.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues (locked gate, blocked driveway, dogs, etc.), we'll contact you to reschedule. Repeated access issues may result in a missed-delivery fee.
If you add a dispenser to your plan, the following applies:
5-gallon bottles remain the property of Pure Alkaline. They are loaned to you for the duration of your subscription. We exchange empty bottles for full ones on each delivery as described in section 4.
If you cancel your subscription, please leave any remaining empty Pure Alkaline bottles out for pickup on your final delivery date or arrange a separate pickup time. Bottles not returned within 30 days of cancellation may result in a replacement charge of $15 per bottle.
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
If you're not satisfied with your first delivery, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund your first delivery in full. This applies only to first-time customers and the first delivery on a new subscription.
Pure Alkaline water is a beverage, not a medical product. The contents of our website, blog, and any communications are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Information provided is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. Consult your physician before making changes to your hydration or diet if you have any health concerns.
We may adjust pricing on plans or fees from time to time. We'll provide at least 30 days' notice via email before any price change affects your subscription. You may cancel at any time if you don't accept a new price.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Alkaline's liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
