Do you deliver to houses in the Grove?

Yes, and most of our Grove customers are in houses. Tell us where to leave the bottles at checkout and it happens the same way every time.

Can you deliver somewhere shaded?

Yes — say so in your delivery instructions. A shaded side door or covered porch is a common request here.

How does the bottle swap work?

On your delivery day, leave your empty bottles where you'd like the fresh ones. Our driver takes the empties and leaves your new bottles in the same spot. You never need to be home, and you never schedule a pickup.

Is there a contract?

No contract and no commitment. Change your plan, pause it or cancel it any month from your account, and it's backed by a 30-day taste guarantee.

Is there a bottle deposit?

Yes — a refundable $10 deposit per bottle, charged once at signup, based on the number of bottles on your plan. A 5-bottle plan pays $50. The bottles stay ours and travel back and forth with the driver; when you close your account and the bottles come back, the deposit is refunded in full. It is a deposit, not a fee, and it is never charged again while your subscription is active.
