Every price above is the monthly total for one delivery a month. Choosing bi-weekly doubles the volume and weekly quadruples it — the per-bottle rate never changes, and you are always billed monthly.
A refundable $10 bottle deposit is charged once on your first order — one per bottle on your plan — and is returned in full when the bottles come back at the end of your subscription. Bottles remain the property of Pure Alkaline.

How does the bottle swap work?
On your delivery day, leave your empty bottles where you'd like the fresh ones. Our driver takes the empties and leaves your new bottles in the same spot. You never need to be home, and you never schedule a pickup.

Can I change how much water I get?
Change your plan any month from your account. Most people start in the middle and adjust after a delivery or two. Moving up or down is free.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes — pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account, no phone call required. Your billing adjusts with it.
Do I need a dispenser?
No. Our bottles are standard 5-gallon and fit any top-load cooler. If you'd like one, we rent a top-load hot & cold dispenser for $10 a month with a $50 refundable deposit.
Is there a bottle deposit?
Yes — a refundable $10 deposit per bottle, charged once at signup, based on the number of bottles on your plan. A 5-bottle plan pays $50. The bottles stay ours and travel back and forth with the driver; when you close your account and the bottles come back, the deposit is refunded in full. It is a deposit, not a fee, and it is never charged again while your subscription is active.
